Information we collect through this website

Inquiry form: the fields you choose to submit, which may include name, business email, optional company and phone, country, inquiry category, current challenge, project description, optional budget range and timeline, preferred contact method, and consent to be contacted about the inquiry.

Technical data: our hosting provider may log ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, date and time, and requested URL. We use this to deliver pages, diagnose faults, and limit abuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies: the site may use cookies or storage that are strictly necessary for security, session continuity, or preference features such as language. We do not run a third-party analytics script (for example Google Analytics or similar tags) on this site at the effective date of this policy.

Why we use the information

To respond to your inquiry and decide whether we can help.

To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

To keep a record of the conversation when an inquiry may lead to a contract.

We do not sell personal information. We do not add website inquiry details to unrelated marketing lists.

Where information goes

Hosting and delivery: the website is hosted for delivery on Vercel. Vercel and related infrastructure providers process technical request data as needed to serve the site.

Inquiry email: messages are sent through Hostinger SMTP from noreply@myrran-uae.com to Myrran’s inboxes. Your email address is used as the reply-to address on the internal notification so we can answer you. An acknowledgment is also sent to you from noreply@myrran-uae.com.

Links to other services: WhatsApp, Google Calendar booking, Google Maps, and LinkedIn are separate services. If you open those links or send a message there, their own terms and privacy notices apply. We do not control their retention.

Retention

Inquiry email is kept in the company mailbox for as long as needed to respond, to keep a record of the conversation, and to meet any legal or accounting duties that later apply if the inquiry becomes a contract.

Technical host logs follow the retention practices of the hosting provider and our operational need to investigate abuse or faults.

You can ask us to delete an inquiry that has not become a contract by emailing info@myrran-uae.com. We will say if a legal reason prevents full deletion.

Your rights and UAE personal data protection

Depending on your situation and applicable law, you may be able to ask for access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion in defined cases, or information about how an inquiry was handled.

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) and related guidance may apply to some processing connected with this website.

To exercise a request related to this website, email info@myrran-uae.com with enough detail for us to find the inquiry or technical record.

Children

This website is aimed at business inquiries. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted an inquiry, contact us and we will delete it when we can identify it.

Updates

We may update this policy when the website, hosting, mail setup, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the published page will change when a material update is made.
