automate
AI applied to a specific task, with a person still accountable.
Useful AI work starts from a task you can describe: answer from approved documents, extract fields from a file, draft a reply, or classify an incoming request. Myrran implements that task inside the systems you already use.
We design the permissions, the sources the model may read, the cases that must stop for a person, and the log that shows what happened. We do not describe a business as autonomous because a model is in the loop.
Who it is for
Teams with repetitive reading, routing, or drafting work, and enough examples to judge whether the output is acceptable.
Use-case selection
We separate tasks a model can assist from tasks that need a deterministic rule or a qualified professional.
Retrieval over your material
Answers can be grounded in documents you approve, with citations back to the source when the interface supports it.
Extraction
Invoices, forms, and inbound files can be turned into structured fields, then checked before they update a system of record.
Drafting with review
Customer replies and internal summaries can be drafted for a person to edit. Sending can require approval.
Evaluation
We agree a small set of examples and failure cases before launch, and we keep a way to review later outputs.
Data handling
The plan states which provider processes the data, what is retained, and what must never be sent.
Limits we will say out loud
- Models make mistakes. High-impact actions need a human approval or a deterministic check.
- We do not claim certified, regulated, or clinical decision support unless a separate qualified review says so.
- Quality depends on your source material. Poor documents produce poor answers.
Questions
Usually we integrate a suitable model and constrain it with your content and tools. Training a new model is a different project and is only proposed when the simpler path cannot work.
