build

Software shaped around the way the company actually works.

Custom software is the right choice when a packaged product would force the business to abandon a workflow that matters, or when several tools would need so much glue that a focused system is simpler.

Myrran designs that system with the operators who use it: the records, the exceptions, the reports, and the points where a person must decide. We then build, integrate, and document it so it can be supported.

Who it is for

Operators with messy handoffs between spreadsheets, inboxes, and older systems, and companies that need a portal their customers or partners can use.

  • Fit assessment

Before building, we check whether configuration of a known product would solve the problem with less risk.

  • Domain model

Orders, cases, properties, jobs, or whatever you track, written as states and rules rather than a pile of screens.

  • Integrations

Accounting, identity, messaging, or industry tools are connected where an API exists. Manual bridges are labeled as manual.

  • Reporting

The reports people ask for every week are part of the scope, with a note on which numbers are operational and which need a finance review.

  • Handover

Administration steps, backup expectations, and a map of what not to change without a developer.

Limits we will say out loud

  • Custom software creates a system you must maintain. We plan that cost with you instead of treating launch as the end.
  • We will recommend a packaged tool when building would be slower and no more useful.
  • We do not claim industry certifications the engagement has not earned.

Questions

When a well-supported product already matches the workflow, when the process is still changing every week, or when nobody will own the system after launch.
