manage
A technology partner after the project goes live.
Launch is the start of the operational work: accounts need owners, integrations fail quietly, content drifts, and small improvements never get scheduled. Managed digital operations is how Myrran stays with that work.
The scope is agreed. It can include website and application maintenance, email and productivity administration, CRM care, integration monitoring, troubleshooting, updates, backup checks, access changes, documentation, and coordination with your other vendors.

Who it is for
Companies that do not want to hire a full internal technology team yet, and teams that have systems but no one accountable for keeping them healthy.
Application and website care
Defects, content-structure fixes, dependency updates, and small improvements inside an agreed budget.
Account administration
Users, mailboxes, and access changes with a record of who approved them.
CRM administration
Fields, pipelines, and the automations that break when someone renames a stage.
Integration watch
Failed syncs are checked on the cadence we agree. We do not imply continuous staffing we have not contracted.
Backups and recovery planning
We verify that backups exist and that someone knows how a restore would be requested.
Vendor coordination
We can speak to hosting, domain, and software vendors when you authorise it.
Documentation
A living note of accounts, environments, and the steps a new person would need.
Limits we will say out loud
- Support hours, response targets, and what counts as included work are written in the agreement. They are not universal.
- We do not advertise 24/7 cover, a guaranteed uptime percentage, or enterprise incident response.
- Emergency work outside the agreement is scheduled and charged as agreed, not assumed to be free.
Questions
No. We support the digital systems in scope. Staff hardware, office networks, and unrelated vendors stay out unless they are added.
