automate

Less retyping. Clear ownership when a case needs a person.

Automation is a designed workflow: something arrives, it is checked, a rule or a model classifies it, systems update, and a person approves when the impact is high. Myrran builds that path and the monitoring around it.

We automate enquiry routing, CRM updates, document intake, internal approvals, notifications, and handoffs between tools. The goal is fewer manual copies of the same fact, not a process nobody can explain.

Two soft clay gears meshed together, representing business automation

Who it is for

Operations managers who can point to a weekly task that is mostly copying, chasing, or reclassifying.

  • Process map

Current steps, exceptions, and the systems touched. We automate the stable path and leave rare exceptions visible.

  • Rules and AI where each fits

Amounts, statuses, and required fields stay deterministic. Language-heavy steps can use a model with review.

  • Human queues

Approvals have an owner, a timeout, and a way to see what is waiting.

  • System updates

CRM, sheets, inboxes, or your own software are updated through supported interfaces.

  • Monitoring

Failed runs are visible. We define who looks at them and how often, based on the engagement.

A workflow you can inspect

Select a stage. The description stays available without relying on motion.

Selected step

Business event

A form, message, file, payment notice, or status change starts the path. The event is stored even if later steps fail.

The path can be read without animation. Select any step with a keyboard or pointer.

How the work proceeds

  1. 01

    Business event

A form, message, file, or status change starts the path.

  2. 02

    Validation

Required fields and obvious errors stop early.

  3. 03

    Rules or AI

    Classification, extraction, or routing.

  4. 04

    Connected systems

Records update through an approved integration.

  5. 05

    Human approval

Used when the action is hard to undo or customer-facing.

  6. 06

    Completed action

The requester and the team can see the result.

  7. 07

    Monitoring

Failures and delays are visible to an owner.

Limits we will say out loud

  • We do not claim every process should be automatic. Some steps are cheaper and safer when a person does them.
  • Automation coverage, response times, and on-call expectations are defined per engagement. We do not advertise a universal 24/7 operation.
  • If a step has a legal or financial consequence, the approval design is part of the scope.

Questions

Yes. A typical path captures the enquiry, validates it, routes it, creates the CRM record, and notifies the owner. A person still handles the cases that do not match.
