Use cases, not client claims
Keep property enquiries, listings, and follow-up in one operational path.
Real-estate teams lose time when a listing lives on a website, the enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, and the follow-up sits in a personal phone. The useful software connects those steps without pretending to replace the agent.
Myrran can design the public site, the enquiry capture, a simple pipeline, and the internal screens a coordinator needs. We do not publish brokerage results, and we do not provide regulated real-estate advice.
Situations we can design for
Listings that are hard to maintain
Agents update a spreadsheet and a website separately. A structured listing record with a clear editor reduces that double work.
Enquiries with no owner
Portal leads, website forms, and WhatsApp messages can land in one queue with a status and a responsible person.
Buyers asking the same questions
A property page and a knowledge note can answer availability, location basics, and viewing requests. A person still confirms anything that could be wrong.
A practical approach
01
A public site with honest listing data
Pages show the fields you can keep current. If a feed from a portal is unreliable, we say so and design a manual override.
02
A viewing and follow-up workflow
Requests become tasks. Reminders go to the coordinator. The CRM stage matches the words the team already uses.
03
A partner or owner portal, when it earns its place
Owners can see a limited status. They do not receive access to other clients' records.
Boundaries
- Listing accuracy is your responsibility. Software can require a field. It cannot know if a price is current.
- We do not claim portal partnerships or transaction volumes.
- Advertising rules and brokerage licensing are outside our service.
